  • Q I’d like to purchase a video endoscope for examination, but aren’t they expensive?

    No need to worry — we offer video system sets at affordable prices, and we also accept trade-ins for your existing endoscopes.

  • Q What should we do if the system breaks down?

    Since these are precision instruments, occasional malfunctions can happen.
    Even for pre-owned products, we offer free replacement for any defects that occur under normal use within six months of purchase.
    In cases where the manufacturer can no longer repair the product (for example, due to unavailable parts), we will provide a comparable replacement product instead.

  • Q Can we see the actual product before purchasing?

    Our policy is to proceed with sales only after our customers are fully satisfied.
    Please take your time to thoroughly inspect the product before making your decision.

  • Q What if we don’t know how to use the equipment after purchasing?

    We often hear from customers who have purchased a complete set but are unsure about how to connect or operate it, or how to handle cleaning and disinfection.
    At our company, we provide thorough guidance — from setup and operation to cleaning and sterilization.
    We also offer advice on image recording and the use of accessories related to endoscopy.

  • Q Can we safely use a pre-owned device?

    Naturally, new equipment is preferable. If you perform numerous procedures daily, the investment may pay off quickly.
    But for clinics with only a few cases per week, spending over 3 million yen can be challenging.
    Rest assured, pre-owned devices deliver the same image quality as new ones.

  • Q Is leasing available?

    Leasing and credit purchase options are both available.
    Please note: In the case of leasing, the number of installments depends on the age of the equipment.
