- Q What should we do if the system breaks down?
Since these are precision instruments, occasional malfunctions can happen.
Even for pre-owned products, we offer free replacement for any defects that occur under normal use within six months of purchase.
In cases where the manufacturer can no longer repair the product (for example, due to unavailable parts), we will provide a comparable replacement product instead. - Q Can we see the actual product before purchasing?
Our policy is to proceed with sales only after our customers are fully satisfied.
Please take your time to thoroughly inspect the product before making your decision. - Q What if we don’t know how to use the equipment after purchasing?

Rest assured, pre-owned devices deliver the same image quality as new ones. - Q Is leasing available?
Leasing and credit purchase options are both available.
